Refund Policy

Pocket Masterpieces products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size/model selection, or other non-defect reasons. All sales are final except in cases of a defective or damaged product, an incorrect item, or an error on our part.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the problem when applicable.

If we determine that the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or affected by an error on our part, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns

Please do not mail an item back without contacting us first. Because our products are made to order, returns are only accepted when we specifically authorize one as part of resolving a defective, damaged, or incorrect order.

If a physical return is required, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return address. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for non-defective products, including orders where the incorrect phone model or product option was selected by the customer.

If the item you received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or was produced incorrectly due to our error, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for qualifying defective, damaged, incorrect, or incorrectly produced items when a refund is determined to be the appropriate resolution.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process and post the refund.
